  • How much is shipping?

    Shipping is $5 per month within the USA. International shipping is $15 USD per month. We ship to the following international countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.

  • When will my order be shipped?

    Initial orders will ship within 3 business days (unless you are located outside of the USA), while all renewal orders that occur on the last day of the month will ship during our normal shipping schedule of the 20th - 23rd of every month. If for any reason your package gets returned and you would like it to be redelivered, a $5 USA reshipping fee or $15 International reshipping fee will apply.

  • When will I be billed?

    Your payment for your first order is processed immediately upon sign up, with recurring payments on the last day of the month. If renewals on the last day does not work for you please email us so we can make the neccessary accomodations.

  • Will I be able to cancel at anytime?

    You may cancel your monthly subscription at anytime by logging into your account and making the necessary changes there. Please note that once a payment has been processed, all sales are final.

  • Can I receive a refund?

    Once a payment has been processed all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges. If tracking indicates that your order has been delivered, we are not liable for your undelivered/lost claims.
