  • How much is shipping?

    Shipping is FREE within the USA!

  • When will my order be shipped?

    Initial orders will ship within 3 business days of your order. All renewal orders will ship during our normal shipping schedule which is in the middle of every month (no later than the 20th). If for any reason your package gets returned and you would like it to be redelivered, a $7 reshipping fee will apply.

  • When will I be billed?

    Payment for your first order is processed immediately upon sign up, with recurring payments at the end of each month for the next month’s box. Note: If you purchased towards the end of the month you will be billed for your first box immediately and once more at the end of the month for the following month’s box.

  • Will I be able to cancel at anytime?

    You may cancel your monthly subscription at anytime by logging into your account and making the necessary changes there. Please note that once a payment has been processed, all sales are final.

  • Can I skip a month?

    Yes, if you need to skip a month follow these simple steps: Log into to your account > click ‘edit’ at the bottom of the ‘Your Subscriptions’ section > click ‘Skip next renewal’ towards the top of the page > confirm new renewal date by clicking ‘Yes, Skip it’

  • I just subscribed for my first box, why did I get charged twice this month?

    Payment for your first order is processed immediately upon sign up and the box is sent out within 3 business days. You will then be charged at the end of the month on on our regular payment schedule for the following month’s box.

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    We’d hate to see you go, but if you’d like to cancel you can do so by following these steps: Log into your account > click ‘edit’ at the bottom of the ‘Your Subscriptions’ section > click ‘Cancel Subscription’ towards the bottom of the page > select reason for you cancelation > click ‘ Yes, Please Cancel”

  • How do I update my Shipping Address?

    Log into your account > click ‘edit’ at the bottom of the ‘Shipping Address’ section > click ‘Edit’ located next to your address > Type in your updated address and make sure the ‘Default Address’ box is selected > click ‘save’. To make sure your address has been updated, go back to your main profile page and view the ‘Ship To’ address. For additional support contact us at [email protected]

  • I'm buying a gift. How does this work?

    You may choose to send Toy Box Monthly as a gift. When you choose the "Give a Gift" option, you'll be able to choose a 1 month or 3 month term. In the checkout, you'll be able to select whether you'd want the subscription to automatically renew at the end of the subscription term. By default, the box is unchecked, so it will not renew.

  • Can I receive a refund?

    Once a payment has been processed all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges. If tracking indicates that your order has been delivered, we are not liable for your undelivered/lost claims.
